Bergara B14r Problems - After going through the usual suspects (cleaning, rail, rings, scope, action screw torque), i found a post about overpainting on the inside of the stock in a bergara forum. We found 2 major things that needed attention. The bedding pillars had a very small contact patch with the action. They were also very shiny from the mag recoil. This has been an issue with the b14r since they arrived in the states. Half way thru bergara break in. After firing the rifle about 200 rounds, i was getting extreme variations in the accuracy. I cleaned the rifle and inspected the barrel and chamber and i was totally amazed at.
